The project take place in a former confectionery workshop on Rue Froissart in the Marais.
The architecture has maintained a large space all in length, an open space of 30 meters long by 4 meters high lit by an inner courtyard. The restaurant area is organized along the brass bar 12 meters long, this element gives a scale to the full space. The entrance is designed as a transition space between the street and the private restaurant. A buffer zone created by a double glazed steel facade generates a “void” between the public space of the street and the restaurant in the middle of which is posed a solid oak sculpture of the artist Lars Zech. The facade on street is totally foldable and allows to be total open on the Froissart street.
