One-of-a-kind mixed-use building, including a learning center, logistics warehouse and offices, all from the same brand Seddiqi & Sons, leader in Swiss luxury watches import in the Middle East. The bold idea of combining under one roof employees of the same company who usually never meet creates clear connections between them and a strong architecture. The outside reflects the inside, as the different departments are identifiable as the monumental facades evolve from one side to another. This dynamic creates a rhythmic alternation of mass and void, of transparency and opacity. The warehouse full walls feature a subtle graphic design that contrasts with the impressiveness of its 200-m length.
