The 38 Kleber proposes an innovative and green rehabilitation adapted to the new usages, labelling HQE Renovation and BREEAM, of the former Alsthom Headquarters built in 1932.
The project focuses on the treatment of voids, in particular by anticipating the revision of the Paris Local Planning Regulations. The 16.500 m² office spaces now feature a large orangery covered by a 25 cm thick and 15 m wide steel and glass canopy, giving all its identity to the building.
The creation of an arched glass roof extended the two attic floors, offering them remarkable views on the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel Tower.
