THE MONTPARNASSE TOWER

The Montparnasse Tower, a monument of the Parisian landscape, is set to evolve to meet a new modernity. Iconic, the new tower will offer contemporary working conditions, sculpted by new-shared spaces and light. The project aims to transform a closed static model into a living tower, open to the public space, flexible and organic. The metamorphosis of the Montparnasse Tower enhances its exceptional location at the heart of historical Paris, in conjunction with the Grand Paris and the TGV station.

A folded and transparent façade in extra-clear glass adapts to the different solar orientations offering new points of view on Paris. A vertical extension to create an open relationship with the public spaces and neighbourhood life.
