HAY HOUSE

The HAY house is located near by the sea, in the residential area of ​​Umm Suqueim in Dubai.

The architecture of the project reflects the complementarity of a house between quiet and protected spaces, dedicated to family life, and reception areas, open and welcoming. A monolithic mineral volume separates the spaces. Under a generous cantilever unfold the spaces of reception, which by their bay windows open all in transparency on the garden.

Large interior voids develop on double or triple heights, amplifying the space of the house. The intense light of the Gulf is thus filtered and modulated inside, to offer a variety of atmospheres according to each moment of the day.
